i grew up working on ranches and farms in west texas. i understand the person everybody tries to squeeze is the farmer. the farmer cannot be squeezed anymore. marge rinz too low. this is going to be passed on to the consumer. the consumer is going to see this directly at the cash register when they check out. understand also, a lot of these people are illegals. they don't want this insurance. they don't want to take out 10% of their pay or whatever it may be for an insurance they're not going to use with a $3,000 or $5,000 deductible. they're not going to use this health insurance anyway. this is an absolute boondoggle that no one thought through. we see this every week. more and more things are coming out in this health care bill that people have not thought through. they may have read this bill before they passed it may have helped. >> what do you say? >> if it were so bad for food to be picked by people that had health care, then we should ban health care at all other companies. all price was drop if other companies didn't have to pro

ford is live in texas. good morning to you. what are we expecting? >> good morning. final arguments beginning in a couple of hours, a little more than that, with the prosecution yesterday telling the judge that after two weeks of testimony, they're going to need about an hour and a half to two hours to present their final arguments this morning. we have no idea how long nidal hasan is going to take. he may take a few minutes. he may just tell the judge he doesn't have a final argument. we just don't know. of course, in his opening statement, he essentially admitted that he was the shooter back in 2009 who killed 13 people here at fort hood and wounded some 30 others. it's impossible for us to know. only hasan knows how long he is going to take in giving a closing final argument. he may take minutes or an hour or two. it's going to be up to the judge to decide just how long he and both the prosecutors have. by this afternoon, it looks like the jury will finally get the case. we'll have to deliberate -- they'll have to deliberate all of these counts of murder and attem
